As our Outside Sales Account Manager Trainee, you
will participate in a 14-18 month training program that will give you
opportunities to shadow experienced Account Managers and other field
specialists as they call on dealerships. In addition, you will visit our
headquarters in Dayton, OH for classroom training at our award-winning Reynolds
University. Training will include customer service, dealership operations,
in-depth product training, and sales techniques—everything you need to qualify
for a career as an Account Manager. Once an Account Manager, you
will be relocated to your own territory, where you will be responsible for
selling our products and services to new and existing customers, achieving
designated monthly and annual quotas, prospecting and lead generation, product
demonstrations and more.

To qualify, you will, most likely, be a recent college grad
with the flexibility and willingness to travel
approximately 75% of the time during training and relocate after
training. Additionally, you should be a self-starter with good time-management
skills, and have the ability to build strong customer relationships. Excellent
verbal and written communications are also key to success in this role.
