The RFP Manager will have the responsibility of coordinating all phases of the company’s proposal process in response to commercial, utility, and government requests for proposals (RFPs). The Arlington VA RFP Manager responsibilities include developing project plans, timelines and responsibilities, utilize GridPoint tracking and database tools. You must be able to meet deadlines and focus on teamwork. The candidate will need to facilitate strategy meetings with cross-functional teams and gather, review, edit and draft content needed for the projects completion. The Arlington VA RFP Manager must have a minimum of 5 years of extensive hands-on experience with project management as the project manager with full accountability and financial responsibility. You must have experience with Energy Management Systems, PV, utilities, and smart grid technology and you must be able to provide RFP writing sample.
