Home Remodeling Kitchen and Bath Designer Job

We are highly focused on customer service, professionalism and delivery of high quality products. We are currently seeking 2 kitchen and bath designers with extensive remodeling experience to support our ongoing Sales.

This individual will provide designs for customers at their residence and or, our new showroom scheduled for grand opening 1st qtr 2015.
Our Showroom: 4915 W. Bell Rd Suite F-102  Glendale, AZ. 85308
Senior Designer with Great Sales and Management Exp: 1 for a 3 - 5 yr experienced designer/sales person with an advanced level of design exp in Kitchens and Bathrooms with design software for renderings (We are using Prokitchen), $50k base + commission in a brand new 3k sqft showroom

Experienced Designer with 1 - 3 yr's exp designing Kitchens &Bathrooms with design software exp and sales. $30k base + commission

Brief Kitchen and Bath Designer Job Requirements

Desired candidate must be highly organized, a team player and have the ability to operate in a fast paced work environment.
    20/20 - Prokitchen or other design software experience is a must for this position.
    All home remodeling design work at Kitchen AZ Cabinets is currently performed on Prokitchen design software.
    The ability to read blue prints is a must.

The primary Cabinet Manufacturers: Merillat, Bridgewood, Professional Cabinet Solutions (PCS), Starmark and Timberlake

Scottsdale Trainee Junior Home Remodeling Designer/ Sales Associate Job Opening

Custom Creative Marble & Granite (CCMG), 2013-14 Two time
National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), Award Winning
Designer and Custom Remodeling Contractor, is offering new career
opportunities due to our continued growth, and we’re interviewing now
for: Trainee Junior Designer/ Sales Associates with one (1) year home
remodeling design and sales exp.

The right candidate shall be compensated with an hourly wage and one
week of paid vacation per year after 90 days probation period. This
**paid vacation is in addition to nine paid national holidays a year.

3. Memorial Day

4. Independence Day

5. Labor Day

6. Thanks Giving Day

7. Day Before/After Thanksgiving

8. Christmas Day

9. Day Before/After Christmas

**You shall be entitled to two weeks of paid vacation upon completion of 1 year of service with CCMG.


You shall be reimbursed for your medical insurance and provided with
CCMG cell phone (tablet) with an assigned CCMG phone number, and a desk
top computer located in your assigned office within the CCMG showroom.
CCMG phone number shall have a recorded tracking database for customer
service continuous improvement.

You shall be evaluated after 90 days from the start date to promote
you into a junior designer role, and you shall earn **5% commission on
the jobs that leads are assigned to and closed ,and or, that of which
you generate via walk-in, or referral.

** 5% of gross sale excluding slabs, hardware, appliances, electrical,
plumbing, and misc. items, such as credit card and or finance processing
fees. If you and sales person work as team to close the deal, then you
will be compensated 1% commission and 4% for the sales person.

Trainee Junior Designer/ Sales Associate Job Candidate responsibilities:

You shall be in charge of generating scheduled computer aided draft
custom designs for Custom Creative Marble & Granite (CCMG) projects
and the following:

• Meeting with customer to assess the project, at both showroom and residence where required

o Assist customer with design layout.

o Assist customer with material selection with materials available at
CCMG showroom or the showrooms of CCMG authorized suppliers.

o Our goal is to make customers come to the CCMG office and work with
you. But CCMG understands that shall not work in all cases. In case
customer prefers to meet you at their house, then you shall be required
to travel to their residence during and or, after normal scheduled
working hours.

1) You shall be reimbursed for any other travel related expenses incurred if you use your vehicle or

2) You shall be provided with transportation from the office to the client location and then back to office.

• Maintain communication between customer and company via CCMG email and
or phone accounts, including emails of company information and
confirmation of appointments as well as daily project updates and “Thank
You” cards.

• Co-person the booth(s) at the five Maricopa County Home & Garden Shows CCMG attends.

• Your regular scheduled working hours are Tuesday through Saturday 8AM –
4:30 PM with exception to the scheduled Maricopa County Home &
Garden Shows.

• You shall report directly to Praveen Puranam, President CCMG.
